  I visited this branch a few days back to open a credit card. I had the pleasure to work with Christian. The first thing I told him was that I needed to be out of there in 20 minutes, he said no problem and he got me out of there in 19. He was very professional and knowledgeable from the beginning to the end and a few days later with a follow up call.... wow ! He is an example of how to get it done, a real asset to your organization. You should use him to train new employees. I like this branch because they respect you as the person you are. Jennifer the manager, helped me with my first Credit Card many years ago. I remember, I visited many other banks with no luck before I visited this branch and I met her. She was the first and only one to give me credit in this country. She always remembers her customers and acknowledge them right away with a smile, as soon as they walk in. Thank you Christian and Jennifer... now..... get back to work ! :)

  Because of several difficulties with our account, including reckless, repeated unwarranted service charges, my husband and I went in to close our account. A young gal named Vivianne Padilla-Grafals, was not only kind, supportive, & apologetic, but reimbursed us for several months charges, even knowing we were going to close our account. THAT is customer service! We were leaving BOA, and she still valued and appreciated our years of business and refunded us! Only because of her, would we ever consider returning to BOA. We came to not trust BOA with our hard earned money, but this is an employee we feel we could trust in the future! Thank you Vivianne! SO....one star for BOA....5 stars for Vivianne!
